Angelim Pedra

Remodel project. We removed carpet, installed new 3" x 3/4" Angelim Pedra. A beautiful exotic. Then we sanded and 3 coats of Swedish finish (Matte sheen).

Seattle (red oak topnail) Natural

This was a special project, we moved and stored all furniture out of home and moved it back in. Removed and hauled away 35 year old carpet. Repaired "Pet stained " floors with new wood and refinished all hardwood with 3 coats Swedish finish. Natural color and Satin sheen.

Complete transformation

This is a complete service job. We removed all existing flooring (carpet,tile,mouldings,stairs and railings). Then we installed new 3" x 3/4" #1 common Red oak in the entry, halls, powder, living, dinning, nook. Sanded and stained with 3 coats of Swedish finish. Installed new Red oak stairs, sanded and stained with 3 coats Swedish finish. Built new railing system with wood posts, hand rails and iron spindles. Installed new base moulding. then the painter finished all the mouldings and posts.

Bellevue, Glendale area

This is a Water Damage floor that was repaired and refinished. The clients choose a darker color than exisiting and was VERY pleased. We removed damaged wood, dried out the subfloor, replaced with new wood, and refinished all floors with Medium Brown stain and 3 coats Swedish finish (satin sheen)
